SANTA CLARITA VALLEY, Calif. — A North Hollywood man was arrested early Wednesday after deputies responding to a suspected drunk driving call discovered an outstanding no-bail warrant and multiple stolen credit cards.
According to the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station, deputies responded around midnight to reports of a possible intoxicated driver near Voleo Way and Soledad Canyon Road.
After contacting the driver, deputies learned he had an active no-bail warrant for identity theft. During the investigation, officers also located several credit cards that did not belong to the suspect.
The man was identified as Albert Yeghiazaryan, 49, of North Hollywood. He was arrested on multiple felony counts of identity theft, along with misdemeanor charges of petty theft.
The investigation remains ongoing.
