ALBANY, La. — Deputies with the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested a man in January for possession of methamphetamine following a traffic stop, authorities said.
Sedric “Sed” Skinner, of Albany, was under investigation for meth distribution. During the stop on Juban Road, deputies observed loose marijuana on Skinner’s lap and asked him to exit the vehicle. A subsequent search revealed methamphetamine and marijuana, officials said.
A vehicle records check showed the car Skinner was driving was reported stolen, according to LSPO.
Also arrested during the incident was David Hill, 19, who faces drug-related charges.
