Palm Beach man faces charges for credit card fraud and identity theft

PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. — Aidan Constantine Lapkin was arrested Thursday morning on suspicion of identity theft and repeated credit card fraud, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities allege that Lapkin used or possessed another person’s identification without consent and illegally used a credit card on two or more occasions, totaling $100 or more. These offenses fall under Florida’s fraud statutes.

The arrest is documented under Report No. 564729. Details regarding the discovery of the alleged fraud, the number of transactions, affected financial institutions, or bond and court dates were not immediately available.
