ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. — A registered sex offender in Escambia County has been arrested and now faces 30 criminal charges, authorities said.
Donschee Ricky Montrell Foster, 33, of Pensacola, is charged with 20 counts of possession of child sexual abuse material, five counts of failing to report internet identifiers, three counts of providing false sexual offender registration information, and several other violations of Florida sexual offender registration laws.
Investigators began their probe in November 2025 after discovering Foster had moved to an unreported address in Pensacola, where a juvenile family member also resided. He had not updated his registered address for nearly a week, violating Florida law.
An arrest warrant was issued on November 17 for failure to report changes in residence and falsifying registration information. Foster was arrested three days later on November 20.
During an interview, authorities learned Foster had multiple online accounts that were not reported as required. A subsequent digital forensic search of his phone revealed five unreported accounts, including Facebook Messenger, Roblox, X, YouTube, and Discord, along with numerous files appearing to depict the sexual abuse of children.
On December 6, the Pensacola Police Department arrested Foster on additional charges, including possession of child sexual abuse material and failure to report an internet identifier.
