His sentences include:
Fentanyl (28 grams or more): 25 years in prison, $500,000 fine
Amphetamine (200 grams or more): 25 years, $250,000 fine
Phenethylamines (200 grams or more): 25 years, $100,000 fine
Cocaine (28 grams or more): 25 years, $50,000 fine
Gloster Jr. must serve all prison terms due to HFO rules. He was also adjudicated guilty of driving while license suspended and driving without registration, for which he received time served.
