Kendrick Hills Jr. Faces Federal Prison in Drug Case

Williston man admits to armed drug trafficking charge

A Williston man is facing the possibility of spending the rest of his life in federal prison after pleading guilty in an armed drug trafficking case.

According to court records, 23-year-old Kendrick Hills Junior entered a guilty plea following his July arrest. Authorities reported that Hills was found carrying two pistols along with a backpack filled with marijuana.

Under federal guidelines, he faces a minimum sentence of five years in prison. His official sentencing hearing is scheduled for February 10.
