COLUMBIA, KY — Jose Molina, 33, of Columbia, Kentucky, was arrested Saturday night by the Columbia Police Department on multiple charges, authorities reported.
Molina faces a range of charges including DUI with aggravating circumstances, possession of marijuana, resisting arrest, fleeing or evading police, reckless driving, criminal mischief in the first degree, speeding, improper use of left side of the road, and driving without tail lamps.
The incident highlights a serious law enforcement response after Molina allegedly engaged in dangerous behavior on the road. Police say further investigation is ongoing.
