LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Fragust D. Ford, 46, of Louisville, has been indicted in connection with the May 26, 2025 homicide of Paul D. McMahan, authorities reported.
Louisville Metro Police Department’s Second Division responded just before 9 a.m. to the 1600 block of Patton Court, where officers discovered the deceased victim, who had been shot.
Following an investigation, detectives linked Ford to the incident. A Jefferson County Grand Jury indicted him on one count of murder and two counts of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
Ford is currently in custody with the Kentucky Department of Corrections on unrelated charges.
