Delhi Police have arrested four individuals, including Indian national Adarsh Sahu and three Nigerian women, in connection with a large-scale drug supply network in Khanpur, Delhi. Officials seized a substantial quantity of MDMA and cocaine during coordinated raids.
The investigation began after police received a tip regarding Adarsh Sahu, a resident of Badaun, Uttar Pradesh, suspected of selling drugs. During a raid near Green Health Pharmacy in Sector 39, officers recovered 26 grams of MDMA from him.
Further inquiry revealed that Sahu sourced drugs from Nigerian nationals Precious and Gifg, who were later arrested near Bakhtawar Chowk. The duo disclosed the location of a drug manufacturing setup in Khanpur Extension operated by two other Nigerians, Joy and Natebest.
A subsequent police raid at the rented house recovered 22 grams of white MDMA, 3 grams of brown MDMA, and 9 grams of cocaine, along with drug packaging materials such as electronic scales, polythene bags, and black tape. Joy was arrested on-site, while Natebest had fled prior to the raid.
Police confirmed that the syndicate produced and distributed MDMA and cocaine across India using the dark web and other channels. FIRs have been registered under Section 21(C) of the NDPS Act, and custody remand has been obtained for further interrogation to uncover additional members of the network.
