The Ahmedabad City Detection of Crime Branch (DCB) has arrested a 20-year-old man from the Jamalpur area of Ahmedabad in connection with the murder of a man in Bihar on September 16, officials confirmed on Sunday.
The accused has been identified as Gautam Kumar Yadav, a resident of Jamalpur and native of Sitamarhi district, Bihar, who works as a labourer. Police investigations are ongoing to determine the circumstances surrounding the murder and any possible accomplices.
Authorities are coordinating with Bihar police for further legal procedures and investigation into the cross-state case.
