Peterborough’s Anthony Atkins Charged with Fraud and CBO Breaches

Man faces multiple fraud charges after rogue trading reports

Police launch rogue trading appeal in Peterborough | Peterborough Matters

Anthony Atkins, a 48-year-old resident of Eastfield Road, Peterborough, has been charged with multiple criminal offenses following allegations of rogue trading in the area. Cambridgeshire Police confirmed the charges today after Atkins was arrested in Dogsthorpe on suspicion of fraud by false representation.

Atkins faces five counts of fraud by false representation and six counts of breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO). He was taken into custody after police investigated reports of dishonest business dealings in Peterborough.

The accused is set to appear at Huntingdon Magistrates’ Court on 12 September to face the charges.

Cambridgeshire Police continue to investigate and encourage anyone with further information to come forward.
