SPRINGFIELD, Va. — Police have arrested Soloman Reed, 30, who had over 20 outstanding warrants in Virginia for multiple crimes, including identity theft.
The Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD) reported that Reed was located on Oct. 21 after a tip led the Neighborhood Patrol Unit (NPU) to his whereabouts in Springfield.
Reed had 21 active warrants at the time, linked to credit card theft, identity theft, narcotics possession, vehicle tampering, and hit-and-run incidents. He allegedly broke into vehicles, stole credit cards, and used them for fraudulent purchases.
Officers found Reed at a property on Tiverton Drive, where he was taken into custody. Police say he had suspected drugs and stolen credit cards on him during the arrest.
Reed now faces 25 total warrants and is being held without bond at the Fairfax County Detention Center.
