Matthew Alan Craswell, 39, Faces Child Assault Charges in P.E.I.
Matthew Alan Craswell, a 39-year-old man from Cornwall, Prince Edward Island, will be back in court on September 23, 2024, to decide how he wants his case to proceed. Craswell faces child Porn, assault charges and will have to choose whether his case will be handled in provincial court, by a Supreme Court judge, or by a judge and jury at the Supreme Court level.
Craswell did not appear in court for a scheduled appearance on Monday, but his lawyer represented him on his behalf. The case continues to develop, with Craswell’s next court date set for September 23 to finalize how the proceedings will move forward.
