Henry Coalson, 47, of Kingston was arrested this week following a dispute at a woman’s home on Ward Mountain Road. Reports indicate that Coalson “got on top” of the 25-year-old victim during the altercation.
Authorities say a child witnessed the incident. Coalson faces charges of simple battery and third-degree cruelty to children.
