HUNTSVILLE, AL — A 39-year-old Huntsville man is being held on a $3 million bond after police discovered a significant quantity of illegal narcotics during a traffic stop on Monday.
According to Huntsville Police, their Anti-Crime Team was patrolling the Rime Village area in response to community complaints about drug and firearm activity.
During the operation, officers conducted a traffic stop and made contact with Ashley Crutcher. A subsequent investigation led to the seizure of 243 grams of cocaine, 30 grams of fentanyl, and $9,593 in suspected drug proceeds.
Crutcher was arrested and is now facing two counts of Drug Trafficking. He is currently held at the Madison County Jail on a $3 million bond.
