Three Arrested in Shelbyville Homicide Case

Jeremiah James, Madison Greenwell, and Rodney Isgrigg Jr. charged with murder

SHELBYVILLE, Ky. — The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of three individuals in connection with the murder of 54-year-old Tim Ethington.

Ethington was found dead at his Spring Oaks Estate home on August 20. After an investigation, authorities charged Jeremiah James, 23, of Louisville; Madison Greenwell, 21, of Shelbyville; and Rodney Isgrigg Jr., 21, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, with murder.

James and Greenwell were arrested in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, while Isgrigg was apprehended in Louisville. All three are currently awaiting extradition back to Shelby County for prosecution.
