HOUSTON, Texas — Two individuals were taken into custody following a narcotics investigation and search warrant operation in the 900 block of Shawnee Street, according to the Harris County Precinct 8 Constable’s Office.
The operation took place on September 4, 2025, and was led by the Precinct 8 Street Crimes Unit, with support from the Harris County Precinct 2 Special Operations Unit.
Inside the residence, deputies found 42-year-old Meghann Jean Coleman and 46-year-old Jose Angel Munoz. A third woman present at the scene was later released without charges.
Munoz, who had an outstanding theft warrant from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, was arrested and additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
Coleman was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and felon in possession of a weapon.
Deputies recovered a significant amount of narcotics, including approximately:
2 grams of cocaine
34.5 grams of methamphetamine
13.6 grams (87 pills) of methamphetamine
1.6 grams of heroin
Three firearms were also seized during the operation.
As of now, no bonds have been set for either individual, according to the Harris County Precinct 8 Constable’s Office.
