BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) — Authorities have arrested a second suspect in the fatal shooting of Quindarius Allen in the Smithfield neighborhood.
Quenton Christian Washington, 20, faces capital murder charges in Allen’s death and attempted murder charges related to injuries sustained by a second victim. The incident occurred on August 12, 2025, on the 900 block of 5th Avenue North.
Earlier, Dorian Talley, also 20, was charged with capital murder, attempted murder, and hindering prosecution in connection to the case.
Both Washington and Talley are being held at Jefferson County Jail without bond as investigations continue.
