PENSACOLA, Fla. – A 42-year-old Pensacola man, Timothy Lamar McGee, has pleaded guilty in federal court to serious drug and firearm charges, following a large-scale raid at his residence.
According to court documents, McGee admitted to possessing more than 500 grams of illegal drugs with the intent to distribute, and to the possession of firearms in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
The charges stem from a September 2024 search warrant executed by law enforcement at McGee’s home in Pensacola. The raid uncovered:
Over 600 grams of cocaine
More than 300 grams of THC (tetrahydrocannabinol)
Over 1,000 grams of marijuana
Approximately $32,000 in cash
Four firearms
McGee now faces a mandatory minimum of five years in prison per charge, to be served consecutively, with the potential of life imprisonment if convicted on all counts.
The investigation was carried out by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in collaboration with the Pensacola Police Department.
