Nicholas Braun, best known for his role as Cousin Greg on HBO’s hit series Succession, was arrested for DUI in New Hampshire, according to TMZ.

The actor was pulled over by police in Moultonborough on Friday night and subsequently held in the Carroll County jail for about an hour before being released on his own recognizance. No bail was required, but Braun faces a court date scheduled for September 16.

Interestingly, there is no mugshot available, as the police camera was reportedly not functioning at the time of his arrest.

Braun was charged with DUI Impairment and Operating Without Lights. Moultonborough is located roughly two hours north of Boston, Massachusetts.

Beyond Succession, Braun has appeared in films such as Zola, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, and Sky High.

The upcoming arraignment will address the charges related to the incident.
