by Amelia Crawford

RALEIGH, NC — An 18-year-old woman, identified as Alexandria Nicole Stallins, has been arrested following a shooting outside the Patio Night Club, making this the second violent incident at the Raleigh venue in under 30 days.

The incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday morning outside the club, located in the 3900 block of New Bern Avenue. Police say Stallins, a resident of Ryan Street in Durham, allegedly opened fire in the parking lot.

Authorities arrested Stallins shortly after the incident. According to court documents obtained by The North Carolina Beat, she is facing multiple charges, including:

Felony Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance (cocaine)

Discharging a Firearm Within City Limits

Carrying a Concealed Weapon

Simple Possession of Schedule VI Controlled Substance (marijuana)

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor (under 19)

The shooting follows a previous incident on August 9, when two men were shot at the same nightclub, resulting in one fatality.

Despite the severity of the charges, Stallins was released on a written promise to appear in court, sparking concerns about safety and repeat violence at the venue.

Authorities have not yet confirmed whether the club will face any additional scrutiny or licensing issues following these back-to-back incidents.
