LOGAN COUNTY — Jeremiah J. Monk, 22, of West Liberty, was arrested following a child pornography investigation in Logan County.
Authorities identified Monk as a suspect and executed a search warrant at his residence, seizing several electronic devices as evidence.
Monk faces initial charges including rape of a victim under the age of 13 and pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor. He was booked into the Logan County Jail.
The investigation is ongoing.
