SUN VALLEY, Nev. — Washoe County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Richard Burke Tuesday morning following reports of harassment and threats outside the Rainbow Market in Sun Valley.
During their investigation, deputies discovered stolen property from a nearby O’Reilly Auto Parts store in Burke’s possession, along with a prescription for a controlled substance that did not belong to him, the sheriff’s office reported.
Burke was booked into the Washoe County Jail on felony charges of possession of stolen property and possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription.
