WASHINGTON — U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers arrested several high-risk criminal illegal aliens nationwide, including individuals convicted of child sex crimes, drug trafficking, and other violent offenses.
A Senior DHS Spokesperson stated, “These illegal aliens are the worst of the worst — from pedophiles to drug traffickers. ICE is actively removing public safety threats from our communities. Under President Trump and Secretary Noem’s leadership, decisive action is being taken to protect the public.”
Arrested individuals include:
Alexandr Vladimirov Remorenko, a Russian national convicted of multiple sexual offenses against minors, including rape and aggravated indecent assault in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
Wilfran Osmanis Cruz-Mejia, from the Dominican Republic, convicted of assault to murder, assault with a deadly weapon, larceny, drug distribution, and illegal re-entry in Boston, Massachusetts.
Victor Alexander Gonzalez-Gonzalez, also from the Dominican Republic, convicted of conspiracy to distribute heroin, cocaine, and fentanyl in Boston.
Newton Njuguna Githiri, a Kenyan national convicted of sexual abuse of a minor and burglary in Jefferson County, Alabama.
Roman Gonzalez-Flores, from Mexico, convicted of burglary of habitation in Hidalgo County, Texas.
All are currently held in ICE custody and face removal proceedings under U.S. immigration laws.
