Pallithottam police have arrested Tukkunnu Paricha, a 27-year-old man from Paniganda, Odisha, in connection with a ganja trafficking ring supplying drugs to Kerala. The accused was apprehended by a joint police team from Odisha during ongoing investigations.
This arrest follows the seizure of large quantities of ganja in Kerala, including 21 kilograms confiscated last month by Pallithottam police and 10 kilograms seized two weeks ago by Anchalummoodu police. Investigations revealed that the arrested individuals in both cases were linked to Tukkunnu’s drug trafficking gang.
Authorities continue to probe the gang’s operations, aiming to dismantle the entire network and curb drug smuggling across state borders.
