Deputies in Scioto County, Ohio, arrested Rodney Kent, 42, of Wheelersburg, and Patricia Hill, 38, of Portsmouth, following a multi-county drug investigation on Thursday.
Hill was charged with drug possession, while Kent faces drug trafficking charges, according to the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office.
The operation, led by U.S. Marshals and a task force spanning multiple counties, resulted in four arrests in total. Two others, Robert Roe, 42, from Cincinnati, and Michael Scott, 48, from Adams County, were also taken into custody.
Hill, Roe, and Kent collectively face 49 felony charges mostly related to illegal drug activities. Meanwhile, Scott was arrested on a parole violation linked to a previous attempted murder conviction.
Both Hill and Kent remain in Scioto County Jail awaiting court proceedings.
