The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Hampshire has announced the indictment of 14 individuals linked to a Lawrence-based organization accused of trafficking fentanyl across New Hampshire. Between October 23 and 31, law enforcement arrested 11 of the defendants in coordinated operations in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
The individuals charged include Franly Herrera-Herrera, 24, from Methuen, MA, who is now in federal custody, alongside others like Yoefferman Robles Soto and Jose Herrera. Defendants face serious accusations, with the charge of conspiracy to distribute fentanyl carrying potential prison sentences of up to 20 years. Key figures like Herrera-Herrera and Soto may be subject to a minimum of 10 years due to their significant involvement in the conspiracy.
