Two Arrested in Stolen Four-Wheeler Incident at Edgecombe County High School

17-Year-Old and Corey Hensley Charged After Theft and Property Damage

Two individuals have been arrested in connection with the theft of a four-wheeler from Southwest Edgecombe High School in Eastern Carolina. Edgecombe County deputies recovered the stolen vehicle after receiving a tip about its location in a field behind a residence.

On October 17th, the high school reported that a break-in had occurred at a storage building, during which the four-wheeler was stolen along with damages to school property.

The first suspect, a 17-year-old, faces several charges, including breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, and three counts each of damage to real property and personal property. The second suspect, identified as 19-year-old Corey Hensley from Tarboro, was charged with possession of stolen property. Hensley was denied bond due to being out on bond for a separate charge.
