GIBSON COUNTY, Ind. – A man from Henderson, Kentucky is facing Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated (OWI) – Endangerment charges after a single-vehicle rollover crash in Gibson County Monday night.
According to the Gibson County Sheriff’s Office, 42-year-old Dominique Whitlock lost control of his vehicle and rolled it onto its roof near the intersection of State Road 165 and County Road 1000 West.
When a sheriff’s deputy arrived at the scene, they reported detecting the smell of alcohol while speaking with Whitlock, which led to his arrest.
No injuries have been reported, and the case remains under investigation.
