Coconut Creek Police have arrested Arthur Jenkins III, 20, of Pompano Beach, following a car burglary and subsequent credit card fraud, officials reported.

Detectives from the police department’s Special Enforcement Team took Jenkins into custody on June 30. He faces charges including vehicle burglary, possession of stolen credit cards, and using stolen credit cards.

Authorities say Jenkins burglarized a vehicle in the Winston Park area on April 9, taking two credit cards from an unlocked car. He then allegedly used both cards to make unauthorized purchases.

Jenkins was booked into Broward County Jail and later released on a $15,000 bond, according to court records.
