HOUSTON, TX — A second suspect has been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of 30-year-old Anthony Sanders inside a Houston Galleria parking garage on June 3.

Justin Joshua Guzman, 22, has been charged with murder in the 497th State District Court, according to the Houston Police Department (HPD). The first suspect, Marko Cinan, 23, had already been charged with murder in the 248th State District Court.

The shooting occurred around 5 p.m. in a parking structure near Westheimer Road, where officers discovered Sanders suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital, where he later died.

Witnesses reported seeing a black Chrysler 300 with shattered windows leaving the scene. HPD later located the vehicle, detained three males, and released them following questioning. Continued investigation led police to identify Cinan as a suspect, who was arrested by HPD’s Narcotics Tactical Team on June 25.
