Ryan McIntosh Arrested in Riley County for Identity Theft and Tech Crimes

Texas man charged with multiple computer and financial crimes

RILEY COUNTY, KS — A Texas resident, 31-year-old Ryan McIntosh, was arrested Saturday on a Riley County District Court warrant related to multiple technology and financial crimes.

According to the Riley County Police Department, McIntosh faces charges including:

Four counts of unlawful acts involving computers

Four counts of identity theft

Two counts of criminal use of a financial card

Theft and attempted theft

In addition to these charges, McIntosh was also taken into custody on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear.

An online criminal complaint alleges that the crimes occurred in December 2024.

McIntosh was issued a total bond of $15,750 and, as of the latest report, is no longer confined.
