SARASOTA COUNTY, Fla. — Colton Clark, 29, of Arcadia, was arrested Tuesday on multiple charges related to child pornography, according to the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO).
Clark faces 24 counts of transmission of child pornography and 10 counts of possession of child pornography. The investigation began in 2024 after tips were received through the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force. Both the SCSO ICAC and the DeSoto County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the case.
Clark was taken into custody by SCSO ICAC detectives and the Tactical Unit and is currently held at the Sarasota County Correctional Facility.
Authorities say the investigation into Clark’s activities is ongoing.
