AMSTERDAM, N.Y. (WRGB) — A 70-year-old woman from Amsterdam, New York, has been arrested on felony charges linked to a criminal case in another state.
Diane Crial was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon in Montgomery County and charged as a Fugitive from Justice – Out of State Crime after police discovered she had active felony warrants in New Jersey related to identity theft.
Crial was arraigned in Glen Town Court and has been remanded to the Montgomery County Jail as she awaits extradition proceedings.
Authorities have not yet released additional details about the New Jersey case.
