PANAMA CITY, Fla. — A 52-year-old Jamaican woman, Jacqueline Dianne Wallace, has been arrested after voting illegally in the 2024 Florida Primary.

Wallace entered the U.S. in December 2010 on a six-month tourism visa but never left. Authorities say she fraudulently registered to vote in January 2024 using a community college computer network. She then cast her ballot in the Florida Presidential Primary in August 2024.

Wallace was arrested by the Department of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the Bay County Sheriff’s Office. If convicted, she could face up to five years in prison and be deported.

This arrest was part of Operation Take Back America, a national effort aimed at addressing illegal immigration and transnational crime.
