Muskogee, OK – Ja’Darious Scroggins, Latrell Crawford, and Kaleigh Ervin, all young adults from Southern Oklahoma, have pled guilty to multiple drug-related charges, following a comprehensive investigation into drug distribution networks.
Ja’Darious Scroggins pleaded guilty to Drug Conspiracy, which carries a maximum sentence of 465 months in prison. Between October 2023 and July 2024, Scroggins was involved in distributing more than 50 grams of methamphetamine, along with substances containing cocaine. The investigation also revealed that Scroggins used firearms to protect and facilitate the drug distribution operation.
Latrell Crawford pled guilty to Distribution of Methamphetamine, punishable by up to 188 months in prison. Crawford intentionally distributed over 50 grams of methamphetamine starting in December 2023.
Kaleigh Ervin pled guilty to Maintaining Drug-Involved Premises, which could lead to a sentence of up to 63 months in prison. Ervin operated a residence in Durant, Oklahoma, from October 2023 to January 2024, where she knowingly facilitated the distribution of methamphetamine and cocaine.
The charges stem from a multi-agency investigation involving the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI), the Hugo Police Department, and the Durant Police Department.
The defendants remain in custody of the United States Marshals Service and await sentencing.
