A suspect has been arrested in connection with an assault on an Oklahoma bride-to-be during her bachelorette trip in Dallas. Trevon Woodards, 27, was apprehended in Bedford, Texas, on Friday. He is accused of attacking Canada Rinaldi, leaving her with severe injuries, including a concussion, a broken nose, three broken teeth, and eight stitches.
Rinaldi, who spoke to News 4 last week, described the traumatic incident. One of her bridesmaids, Kelly Peralta, was also injured while trying to assist Rinaldi during the attack.
Woodards has been booked into the Tarrant County Jail on multiple assault charges following his arrest. The investigation into the assault continues.
