In a significant operation on December 13, 2024, the Noida Police successfully raided and dismantled a fake call center operating under the name “Insta Solution.” The criminal syndicate, which had been defrauding foreign nationals across the globe, posed as representatives of well-known companies such as Amazon and Microsoft, offering fraudulent services including “Amazon Parcel Support,” “Tax Support,” and “Pay-Day Loan Processing.”

The coordinated raid led to the arrest of 76 individuals, including 9 women and 67 men. These individuals were allegedly involved in scamming victims out of significant amounts of money.
The call center gang employed sophisticated techniques to trick victims into believing they were receiving legitimate support from major corporations. This deceptive operation was meticulously orchestrated by Kurnal Ray, Sauram Rajput, Sadiq, and Sajid Ali, who were the key operators of the scam and have prior criminal records.
The Noida Police executed the raid around 12:45 PM in a sector of Noida, leading to the immediate arrest of the suspects. The authorities also seized a range of electronic equipment used in the scam, including multiple laptops, mobile phones, and routers. This tech was critical in managing the fraudulent operations across various foreign nations.

The criminal gang had designed their operations to target unsuspecting individuals abroad, leveraging the names of trusted companies to carry out the fraud. The police action comes as a part of their ongoing efforts to curb digital crimes and safeguard global citizens from such cybercriminal activities.
As of now, investigations into the arrested individuals and their accomplices are ongoing. Authorities are looking into their previous criminal activities and working to uncover additional members of the syndicate. The key leaders of the operation, Kurnal Ray, Sauram Rajput, Sadiq, and Sajid Ali, are expected to face additional charges as their criminal backgrounds are further examined.
