In the wake of her name surfacing in a drug caseinvolOmprakash ,Malayalam actor Prayaga Martin has vehemently denied the allegations, claiming she has no connection with him. The actor was named in the remand report submitted to the Ernakulam Chief Judicial Magistrate’s Courtthorn
The police report indicated that Prayaga Martin and fellow actor Srinath Bhasi wasKochi. According to the report, Omprakash and his associate Shihas were arrested after a tip-off about a major drug sale. The authorities reportedly found a small amount of cocaine in Omprakash’s possession and stated that he had organized a drug party at the hotel, which was allegedly attended by young film stars, including Srinath Bhasi andPrayaga Martin .
However, Prayaga Martin has categorically denied the involvement, stating she does not even know Omprakash. She further clarified that she had not participated in any drug-related activities and was unaware of any such party or events. The allegations have sparked public debate, with Prayaga emphasizing her innocence.
The Ernakulam police are continuing their investigation into the matter, but Prayaga Martin’s statement has raised questions about the accuracy of the claims made in the police remand report.
