Cantonment police arrested two men, Sandeep and Akhilesh, from Jagathy in connection with the murder of a teenager named Alan, who was fatally stabbed during a clash between rival youth groups.
Authorities said a search is ongoing for at least four other suspects, including the individual who allegedly used a sharp iron rod in the attack. The arrested duo has been remanded to judicial custody as the investigation continues.
The police are examining the circumstances that led to the confrontation and are appealing to the public for any information that could help apprehend the remaining accused.
