PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. — Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested a man early Thursday morning in connection with alleged drug and firearm offenses, according to an official sheriff’s office report.

Authorities identified the suspect as William Alexander Munser, described as a white male. According to the report, Munser is accused of possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription and using or displaying a firearm during the commission of a felony.

The arrest is documented under Report No. 372051 and was filed by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (Agency Code: 01–PBSO). Law enforcement did not release additional details regarding the circumstances of the incident, including where the arrest occurred or whether anyone was injured.

Officials also did not disclose Munser’s date of birth, custody status, bond information, or whether he has retained legal representation.

Under Florida law, possession of controlled substances without a prescription and firearm-related offenses during the commission of a felony are serious charges that may carry significant prison sentences and fines if convicted.

As with all criminal cases, the charges are allegations only. Munser is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. The investigation remains ongoing, and authorities said additional information may be released as it becomes available.
