WINTERVILLE, N.C. — A Winterville woman is facing multiple charges following her arrest by the Pitt County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 13.
According to online jail records, Rakia Lachelle Whitley, 35, has been charged with felony possession of cocaine, felony conspiracy, possession of drug paraphernalia, and prostitution.
Court documents allege Whitley unlawfully possessed cocaine, a Schedule II controlled substance, and conspired with another individual to commit felony cocaine possession. Warrants state she was found with two clear crack pipes and clear plastic baggies commonly used to package and conceal illegal substances.
Whitley is also charged with prostitution, with court records alleging she agreed to perform a sexual act in exchange for money.
She remains held at the Pitt County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
