COLUMBUS, Ga. – Nine individuals, all suspected gang members, were taken into custody Sunday after Columbus police seized firearms, drugs, and cash during a raid on Sorrel Court.
Authorities recovered $1,113 in cash, $16,265 worth of marijuana, and 10 firearms, including two stolen weapons. The suspects now face multiple charges, including drug trafficking, firearm possession, and obstruction.
Arrested Individuals & Charges:
Tyquis Brown, 19 – Multiple firearm charges, drug possession, and obstruction.
Clifford Davis, 21 – Similar charges, including theft by receiving stolen property.
Marquis Davis, 19 – Seven firearm-related charges and intent to distribute drugs.
Tristian Davis, 20 – Possession of stolen firearms and drug distribution charges.
Braxton Deriso, 20 – Six firearm charges, drug possession, and obstruction.
Philip McClinton, 21 – Convicted felon in possession of a firearm, felony probation violation.
Jalien Sanabria, 17 – Possession of a pistol under 18, firearm charges, and a prior warrant.
Antonio Shaw, 22 – Drug trafficking, stolen firearm possession, and obstruction.
Jarquiz Williams, 21 – Gun and drug charges, obstruction.
Authorities continue to investigate the suspects’ gang affiliations and possible connections to other crimes.
