A $5,000 bond was set on Monday for Christopher Brandon, 53, who is accused of breaking into a warehouse and attempting to steal go-carts. Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney made the ruling after prosecutors presented probable cause to charge Brandon with commercial burglary.

When questioned, Brandon claimed he was paid $20 to help someone remove the go-carts from the warehouse. Brandon, who has a prior felony conviction, was told to return to court on June 23.
