29-Year-Old Car Thief Arrested in Panjagutta, Car Recovered

Driver Digabar Raghunath Khandere Apprehended After Stealing Vehicle

The Panjagutta police in Hyderabad have arrested a 29-year-old man, Digabar Raghunath Khandere, involved in a car theft. Khandere, a driver originally from Nanded, Maharashtra, was apprehended after the police recovered the stolen vehicle from his possession.

The theft occurred when the victim stopped his car at Relax Sandhya Wines Shop, located opposite Green Park Hotel in Ameerpet. While the victim briefly entered the shop, leaving his car running, an unknown individual entered the vehicle and drove off towards Ameerpet.

Upon receiving the complaint, the Panjagutta police registered a case and began an investigation. After following up on leads, the police were able to apprehend Khandere on Tuesday at Monappa Junction. The stolen car was seized, and Khandere was subsequently produced before the court. He has been sent to judicial remand in Chanchalguda Prison.

The case continues to be under investigation as police work to determine if Khandere was involved in any other criminal activities.
