Zaxby’s Manager Arrested for Allegedly Stealing $205

Forsyth, GA — Amanda Jackson, a manager at Zaxby’s in Forsyth, was arrested on October 30, 2024, after allegedly stealing $205 in cash from the restaurant. According to the Forsyth Police Department’s incident report, Larry Simpson, a fellow manager at the restaurant, noticed the discrepancy after closing the store for the night.

Simpson told authorities that while he was collecting registers and preparing to count the day’s earnings, he briefly left the room. Upon returning, he found Jackson acting suspiciously, as if she had misplaced something. At that time, Simpson did not question her behavior, but after completing the count, he realized that the second shift’s cash was short by $205.

The following morning, Simpson reviewed the store’s security footage, which led him to discover Jackson allegedly taking money from the register. After confirming the theft on camera, Simpson contacted Forsyth Police.

Jackson was arrested and charged in connection with the incident. The investigation remains ongoing, and Jackson is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
