Yordi Xitumul Gutierrez Arrested for Facebook Marketplace Robbery

The Nashville Metro Violent Crimes Division has arrested 20-year-old Yordi Xitumul Gutierrez at his Old Hickory home. Gutierrez is accused of robbing three individuals over the last month after posting a Toyota Corolla for sale on Facebook Marketplace.

In both incidents, Gutierrez allegedly arranged to meet the victims on Old Hickory Boulevard after they responded to his ad. Once there, he reportedly brandished a handgun and stole the money meant for the vehicle purchase. In one of the robberies, a second victim was also robbed of his iPhone and license plate.

Gutierrez now faces three counts of aggravated robbery and is being held on a $150,000 bond.
