The theft occurred on December 27, when the man, identified as Mr. N., reported the missing valuables to the Binh Chanh District Police. He suspected Nguyet, a woman he had recently begun dating, of the crime. Authorities quickly identified her as the primary suspect after investigating the scene and gathering witness statements.
Investigation and Escape

During interrogation, Nguyet admitted to stealing the valuables, exploiting Mr. N.’s trust, and selling some of the stolen items. She had deposited the proceeds into her bank account and used multiple vehicles in an attempt to avoid detection.
Recovered Property
The Binh Chanh District Police recovered the stolen assets and have returned them to Mr. N..
Nguyet is facing charges of theft, and the case is being transferred to the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department for further processing.
