Woman Arrested for Theft and Fraud at Walmart in East Stroudsburg

East Stroudsburg, Pa. (WOLF) — A 37-year-old woman was arrested on Friday after being linked to a theft in East Stroudsburg.

Heather Singer was apprehended after the victim reported his wallet, which contained a debit card, had been stolen. The victim later noticed several unauthorized transactions at the local Walmart, totaling over $400.

The arresting officer identified Singer from the Walmart security footage. Singer was charged with fraud and theft in connection with the incident.
