Jurtavious Ravion Ferguson, 26, of Williston, was apprehended and charged with criminal trespass and terrorizing, both Class C felonies, as well as criminal mischief in connection with damage to property.

Two women, Mary Elizabeth Prine, 26, and Julia Synclaire Woods, 28, were also arrested. Prine was charged with theft–possession–$1,000-$10,000, a Class C felony, and providing false information to law enforcement. She was also served a contempt of court warrant. Woods was arrested on drug charges, including possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, both Class A misdemeanors, and a shoplifting warrant.

According to the Williston Police Department, officers were investigating Ferguson, who was wanted on multiple active warrants. Upon locating a stolen vehicle parked outside a motel, officers observed two individuals, later identified as Prine and Woods, entering the vehicle. After a traffic stop, Prine initially provided a false identity but was later identified using documents found in the vehicle.

Once in custody, Prine and Woods confirmed that Ferguson was inside one of the motel rooms. He surrendered without incident when officers approached.

Prine was granted a $2,500 personal recognizance bond, while Ferguson’s bond was set at $20,000, including additional charges for unlawful firearm possession.
